Sun Communities Has Systemic Issues in Their Mobile Home Parks

However, despite their size and success, the company has faced criticism for its systemic issues in managing their mobile home parks.

 

One of the main issues that Sun Communities has faced is the lack of proper maintenance and upkeep of their properties. Many residents have complained about the poor conditions of their homes and the surrounding areas, including broken infrastructure, overgrown landscaping, and inadequate trash removal services. The company has not implemented any maintenance protocols, have not increased communication with residents, and have not revised their eviction policies to ensure fair treatment. However, many residents feel that these changes are not enough to address the underlying systemic issues within the company.

 

Moving forward, it is clear that Sun Communities must take further action to improve the quality of life for their residents within Lafayette Place Mobile Home Park and address the systemic issues within all their mobile home parks. This may involve increased transparency, better communication, and a commitment to upholding the rights and well-being of all residents.
